Kendra is an amazing travel agent. She booked 29 flights for customers of mine out of two locations and arranged for all of us to fly together from our connecting flight. Long story shorter- the airline kept bumping our flights, scattering everyone to different airports and different arrival times. Kendra jumped in and got everyone back on the same flights!

Then we had to cancel the business trip at the last minute due to crazy weather. We purchased “refundable” airfare at a higher price in the beginning. As we canceled everyone’s flight we were given e credits for 95% of them…I was a little concerned. Kendra, again, jumped in and one by one dealt with the airline company (lots of emails and phone calls over a two week period of time) and got the refund for every person.

Thank you Kendra for your kindness and perseverance throughout this crazy process. I HIGHLY recommend Kendra to help with travel needs.

Kendra was very helpful planning our Hawaii vacation, we were very happy about her advising us to buy travel insurance....with covid and everything else that has been going on. When it came time to go we were both sick, it took one call and Kendra took care of everything, we were able to cancel our vacation and a few week later when we felt better she go right on it to get us booked again. Really glad she talked to us about travel insurance, it saved us thousands of dollars and lots of hassle. I would highly recommend her for all your travel. She was absolutely the best to work with.

Kendra is amazing! Thanks to her planning, we made it through 5 of the parks in Orlando (All 4 Disney and 1 Universal) in 4 days! We hit all of the rides with barely a wait thanks to her help, and she found us a cute and quiet AirBnB close enough that Rideshare wasn't very expensive. I can't imagine how much more this trip would have cost, not to mention how much less we'd have been able to get through, if I'd tried to plan this on my own. 5/5 and will absolutely use her again.
