Here's the Proof: You get a bunch of documents from us all in a convenient travel itinerary– flight details, hotel info, rental car information, and any other information you may need to have a successful and enjoyable trip.
Unfortunately there are a few things that we are unable to do.
At this time, we are unable to book flight only reservations. We have found that flights are often found at a similar price booking directly through the Airlines or sites like Expedia.com or Priceline.com. Many of the discounts that we are able to get for our clients come from booking things like airfare and hotels and car rentals in a package, where we are given discounts from the suppliers to do this.
The second thing we are unable to do at this time is the last minute vacations. If you are within 2 weeks of your expected travel date we are unable to process payments and make sure that your trip is ticketed correctly without a great deal of difficulty. We have to set a limit of at least 2 weeks prior to departure to ensure that you are able to receive all of the appropriate documents and make sure that payments are processed appropriately.
It is unfortunate that we cannot help in these situations, but we do this to ensure that you receive the best possible service from us with as little stress as possible during your vacation.
